Tagline: This is Benjamin. He's a little worried about his future.Starring: Dustin Hoffman, Anne Bancroft
Here's to you, Mrs. Robinson. I wish I was Benjamin Braddock. But ... Mrs. Robinson would be Mr. Robinson. Because I'm a girl. And I like boys. Older men ... hottness. Speaking of hot older men, I love how Simon and Garfunkel do all the music for this movie. They own half my heart (well Paul Simon does, anyway).Benjamin has an affair with this old bag whore friend of his parents and then he falls in love with her daughter. Then Mrs. Robinson tells her daughter that Benjamin RAPED her ... what a biotch. Anywho, Benjamin ends up with Elaine, Mrs. Robinson's daughter so it doesn't really matter.
This is the one and only movie I actually liked Dustin Hoffman in. Probably because his character was so awesomely awkward that he was cool as a cucumber. Also because he was hot as FUDGE in it.
Anywho I love the ending where Benjamin goes to Elaine's wedding banging on the window yelling her name. It's awesome.

This movie had an interesting plot, and lots of familiar characters that people could relate to. Well, Benjamin was definitely a relate-able character. Mrs. Robinson was a scary cougar, fo sho. She was mental. Anywho, I loved how his affair with bitchy ol' Mrs. Robinson made him realize who his true love was; Mrs. Robinson's daughter, Elaine.
They really used Simon and Garfunkel pretty excessively, but I don't mind. I do mind that they used Scarborough Fair five times. I mean, don't they have any other songs?
The movie was simple, but poetic, I suppose.
